      ALM (Assistant Locations Manager) / 1st, 2nd & 3rd AD (Assistant Director)
      • ALM (Assistant Locations Manager): Working very closely with the Location Manager and involved at every stage of production, from finding locations to making sure they are left in a satisfactory condition at the end of shooting. Tasks include breaking down the script and identifying key locations, scouting locations, budgeting the locations, negotiating access, charges for use and permissions, crew parking, power sources, as well as looking after safety and security and hiring and managing a team of PA's (Production Assistants). At the end of a shoot, assistant location managers will assist in the reinstatement of location, including damage reports, insurance claims, and rubbish disposal.
      • 1st AD (Assistant Director): The First Assistant Director (First or 1st AD) has overall AD responsibilities and supervises the Second AD. The "first" is directly responsible to the producer and "runs" the floor or set. Responsible for script breakdown, development of pre-production and shooting schedules via liaison with heads of all other departments. Also, the safety officer on set.
      • 2nd AD: The Second Assistant Director (Second or 2AD) creates the daily call sheets from the production schedule, in cooperation with the production coordinator. The "second" also serves as the "backstage manager", liaising with actors, putting cast through make-up and wardrobe, which relieves the "first" of these duties. Supervision of the second second assistant director, third assistant director, assistant director trainees, and the setting of background (extras) are parts of the "second's" duties.
      • 3rd AD: The Third Assistant Director (Third or 3rd AD) works on set with the "First" and may liaise with the "Second" to move actors from base camp (the area containing the production, cast, and hair and makeup trailers), organize crowd scenes, and supervise one or more production assistants (PA).
      • Skills and Attributes Required: Careful attention to detail and highly organized, working knowledge of all aspects of the filmmaking process, managing people and situations in an extremely high stress environment, use of film scheduling software.

      Creative Producer
      • Held leading creative roles overseeing and participating in the development and execution of advertising initiatives in print, online (both viral and traditional) as well as branded apparel design. Projects included the popular Bodog Girl program from its inception culminating in the production the 2005 bathing suit calendar for which I was producer /creative director.
      • Creative lead on the development of a reality TV show based on street poker tournaments all over the US, the 2004 Bodog Conference, Hail Mary Sportsbook, custom photography for use on the bodog.com website and in various advertising campaigns.
      • Collaborated on front end design of the company’s various sites including the flagship bodog.com and the design of Bodog’s corporate identity. Bodog is listed as the largest US facing sports betting website and is one of the top 20 online poker sites.
      • Responsible for the incorporation of a blog into the bodog network of sites. Can be seen at http://beat.bodoglife.com/
